The METUFix system, modernized with the Zammad infrastructure, has been launched to manage support requests within our university more rapidly, transparently, and from a single central point.
It is a user-friendly support system that consolidates requests coming via the Web and METUApp into a single interface, enabling the generation of much more effective solutions for our stakeholders' problems.
Which Units Can You Reach via METUFix?
As of now, support requests regarding the following services have started to be accepted via METUFix:
• Campus Services
• Transportation
• Library Services
• Dormitories
• Cafeteria
• Commercial Services (Canteens, Vending Machines, Shops, etc.)
• Health
• Sports
• Student Affairs
• Culture and Convention Center
• IT Services
How Can You Access the System?
You can use the following two channels to submit your support requests and track the process:
1. Via Web: You can create your request by visiting the https://metufix.metu.edu.tr address and logging in with your METU user code.
2. Via Mobile App: You can receive support from anywhere by using the METUFix tab integrated into METUApp.
